Ireland’s first and only all-vegan grocery store, Veganic, has built a following in less than a year despite COVID-19.
In recent years, dedicated vegan grocery stores have been popping up around the world, but Veganic still made global vegan industry news including outlets such as VegNews and LiveKindly. They were also celebrated in the mainstream media and blogs as a first mover in Ireland.
At the start of the corona virus pandemic, they were recognised by Irish Times for continuing to provide fine food with free next-day delivery in the Dublin area and nationwide.
Now well established in St Stephen’s Green, Veganic have been helping to make eating a plant-based diet that bit easier with nation-wide delivery services.
Veganic have more than just meat alternatives, they provide pesticide-free fruit, non-toxic household cleaning products and organic cosmetics. Their zero-waste dispensers allow people to easily load up on organic pasta, rice, couscous or lentils. Paper bags are available in-store, if you’ve forgotten your own containers.
